Enclosed is a Request for Quotation for alteration of vehicle wash bay area to drivers' locker room (including toilet and bathroom) at the U.S. Embassy (Chancery building).
To obtain a copy of RFQ No. SN10009Q1082, interested quoters must request a copy by email to stellah@state.gov. If you would like to submit a quote, please read the RFQ and follow the instructions in Section J.
A site visit will be conducted on September 8, 2009 at 10 am. Interested parties shall meet at the U.S. Embassy, 27 Napier Road. To obtain car parking access at the Embassy, submit names of attendees, I/C nos. vehicle make, color and number plate to tanh@state.gov by September 4, 2009.
The due date and time is September 19, 2009 at 4.30 pm. Quotes must be delivered to American Embassy Singapore by fax, hand-delivered or email.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to a responsible company submitting a technically acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial offers, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
