Enclosed is a Request for Quotation for minor renovation services at the U.S. Embassy (Chancery building).

To obtain RFQ No. SSN10008Q1047, interested quoters must request a copy by email to  stellah@state.gov.  If you would like to submit a quote, please read the RFQ and follow the instructions in Section J.

A site visit will be conducted on May 8, 2008 at 10 am.  Interested parties shall meet at the U.S. Embassy, 27 Napier Road.  To obtain approval for access into the Embassy, submit names of attendees, I/C nos. vehicle make, color and number plate to tanh@state.gov by May 7, 2008.

The close date and time is May 23, 2008 at 4.30 pm.  Quotes must be delivered to American Embassy Singapore (see Section L.4.) by fax, e-mail or mail.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to a responsible company submitting a technically acceptable offer at the lowest price.  We intend to award a contract based on initial offers, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
