Consular Officer and former professor of American
cultural studies John Groch gave a talk on politics and the arts at
LaSalle College of the Arts. John's talk covered the potential impact
of this year's presidential election on the arts in the United States
and gave an historical overview of American arts funding from public
and private sources.
