The Public Affairs Section, Singapore, is responsible for the Embassy's media relations, information, cultural and educational exchanges programs. The Counselor for Public Affairs serves as the Embassy spokesperson. The Public Affairs Section also houses the Information Resource Center (IRC) which provides specialized and substantive information about the United States.
