Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for painting and woodwork services at a U.S.Government residence. If you would like to submit a quotation, please send request for a copy of the RFQ to Stellah@state.gov. A copy will be emailed or mailed to you. Then follow the instructions in Section J of the RFQ, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 18 of the RFQ.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
Quotations are due by Singapore time 4.30 pm, March 23, 2009.
The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference and site visit on March 9, 2009 at 10 am. All prospective quoters who have received a RFQ package will be invited to attend.
