NRCS coordinates shore support activities for Department of the Navy (DoN) and other Department of Defense (DoD) services in Singapore; these responsibilities include Administration; Housing; Morale, Welfare and Recreation programs, as well as family support services. Major units located in Singapore supported by NRCS include: Commander, Logistics Group Western Pacific (COMLOGWESTPAC); Military Sealift Command Far East (SEALOGFE); Military Sealift Fleet Support Command Ship Support Unit Singapore (MSFSC SSU); Naval Criminal Investigative Services; Fleet Industrial Support Center, Detachment Singapore (FISC); U.S. Coast Guard Detachment Singapore; Defense Contract Management Agency, and the U.S. Air Force's 497th Combat Training Squadron and Air Mobility Squadron Detachment 2.
