Subject: Request for Proposal (RFP) Number SSN10008R1041

The US Government invites quoters to submit proposal for vehicle insurance services.  To obtain RFP No. SSN10008R1041, interested quoters must email palanisamm@state.gov to receive a copy.

If you would like to submit a quote, please read the RFP and follow the instruction in Section L.1 – L.2.

The close date and time is May 7, 2008 at 4.30 pm.  Quotes must be delivered to American Embassy Singapore (see Section L.2.3) by mail.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to a responsible company submitting a technically acceptable offer at the lowest price.  We intend to award a contract based on initial offers, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
