- Fee Increase for Immigrant Visa Petitions: Effective July 30, 2007, the filing fee for an I-130 has increased from US$190 to US$355 and the fee for filing an I-600A, has increased from US$545 to US$670. All fees for immigrant visas and petitions may be paid by cash (either in U.S. dollars or Singapore dollars equivalent amount) or by major credit cards.
