Subject:  Request for Quotation No. SSN10009Q1076 

Enclosed is a Request for Quotation for replacement of fence at the U.S. Embassy property.

To obtain a copy of RFQ No. SSN10009Q1076, interested quoters must request a copy by email to  stellah@state.gov.  If you would like to submit a quote, please read the RFQ and follow the instructions in Section J.

A site visit will be conducted on August 20, 2009 at 10 am.  Interested parties shall meet at the U.S. Embassy, 27 Napier Road.  To obtain approval for access into the Embassy, submit names of attendees, I/C nos. vehicle make, color and number plate to TanH@state.gov    by August 18, 2009.

The due date and time is September 2, 2009 at 4.30 pm.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to a responsible company submitting a technically acceptable offer at the lowest price.  We intend to award a contract based on initial offers, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
