Subject:  Request for Quotation  (RFQ) No. SSN10008Q1032

The U.S. Government invites quoters to bid for scheduled cleaning services at 8 Leedon Park.  To obtain RFQ No. SSN10008Q1032, interested quoters must e-mail stellah@state.gov to receive a copy.

If you would like to submit a quote, please read the RFQ and follow the instructions in Section L1 – L.3 .

A site visit will be conducted on April 15, 2008 at 10 am.  Interested parties shall meet at 8 Leedon Park.  To obtain approval for access into the property, submit names of attendees, I/C nos. vehicle make, color and number to stellah@state.gov by 14 April 2008.

The close date and time is April 22, 2008 at 4.30 pm.  Quotes must be delivered to American Embassy Singapore (see Section L.4.) by fax, e-mail or mail.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to a responsible company submitting a technically acceptable offer at the lowest price.  We intend to award a contract based on initial offers, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
