Enclosed is a Request for Quote for cleaning services at U.S. Government-leased residences. If you would like to submit a quotation, please send request for a copy of the RFQ to Stellah@state.gov. A copy will be emailed or mailed to you. Then follow the instructions in Section L of the RFQ and submit your proposal to the address shown on Block 7 of Standard Form 33.
Due date for RFQ is March 11, 2009; 4.30 pm.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to a responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
A site visit will be held on February 24, 2009 at 10.00 am at 3 Taman Nakhoda, #03-03 Holland.GEMS. Interested quoters wishing to attend the site visit are requested to provide their company’s name, names and mobile numbers of attendees to Stella Heng at stellah@state.gov or fax to 6476-9003.
