Request for Quotation No. SSN10009Q3551 is for the acquisition of 350-700 cellphones without subscription plans for use by the American Embassy in Singapore.
To obtain a copy of the RFQ, interested quoters must request a copy by email from stellah@state.gov. If you would like to submit a quote, please read the RFQ and follow the instructions in Section 3, SUBMISSION OF QUOTES.
The close date and time is August 19, 2009 at 4.30 pm. Quotes must be delivered to American Embassy Singapore (see Section3, Delivery OF QUOTES) by fax, e-mail or mail/by hand.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to a responsible company submitting a technically acceptable offer at lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial offers, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
