The Embassy of the United States of America invites interested companies to submit a quotation to supply of carpets to US Government owned and leased residences and warehouse.

To obtain RFQ No. SSN10009Q1063, interested companies must request for a copy by fax to 6476-9404 or email to palanisamm@state.gov. If you would like to submit a quote, please read the RFQ and follow the instructions in Section 3, SUBMISSION OF QUOTES.

The close date and time is July 20, 2009 at 4.30 pm. Quotes must be delivered in hard copy to American Embassy Singapore by mail or by hand.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting the lowest priced, acceptable offer. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
