Public Hours and Holiday Closure

New Public Hours:  Our morning hours will remain the same, Monday-Friday 8:30AM-12:00PM.  Our afternoon hours will change to 1:30PM-3:00PM, Monday-Wednesday and Friday.  We will be closed to the public on Thursday afternoons.  These hours will take effect from Monday, April 20, 2009.  Document pass-back will take place between 3:00-3:30 Monday-Friday.

Services in the afternoon public hours are reserved for American citizens only.  Non- Americans who need notarial services may come during the morning hours.

 

NOTICES

  • Appointments are required for Consular Reports of Birth Abroad (CRBA) and passport renewals for minors (aged below 16).  You can click here to make an appointment or find more information at http://singapore.usembassy.gov/birth_abroad.html and http://singapore.usembassy.gov/applicants_age_below_16.html
  • The Consular Section is CLOSED on Singapore and American holidays. Occasionally, this section may also close for internal reasons.  For more closure dates, please click here.
  • No Parking at the Embassy:  If you plan to visit the Embassy for consular services, please plan to arrive by public transportation or taxi or to seek parking in public parking lots.  The  closest public car parks are at Gleneagles Hospital on Napier Road, Botanical Gardens on Cluny Road and the Tanglin Mall.
