The Embassy of the United States of America invites interested companies to submit a quotation for scheduled air-con maintenance service at U.S. Government-leased residences.
To obtain RFQ No. SSN10009Q1053, interested companies must request for a copy by fax to 6476-9003 or email to stellah@state.gov. If you would like to submit a quote, please read the RFQ and follow the instructions in Section 3, SUBMISSION OF QUOTES.
The close date and time is May 26, 2009 at 4.30 pm. Quotes must be delivered in hard copy to American Embassy Singapore by mail or by hand.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting the lowest priced, acceptable offer. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
