Adding Extra Visa Pages

Passport pages will be ready on the day after the application is submitted to the ACS Section.

Visa pages can be added to a US passport by dropping off the passport at the American Citizen Services (ACS) section of the US Embassy in Singapore during our public hours. The process usually takes one day and is free of charge.  You will be told when to return to the Embassy to pick up your passport at the time of submission.

There is a limit to the number of page inserts that can be placed in a passport.  We will assess the condition of your passport at the time of your application to determine if additional pages can be inserted.   If you find you have run out of pages and your passport is in worn condition, please allow enough time to apply for a replacement passport before making any travel plans.

If you appoint a representative to bring your passport to the Embassy, please make sure the representative brings a signed authorization letter from you, a valid photo I.D, and the signed application (DS–4085).

Note: When applying for visa pages for a child who is under 16, at least one parent MUST sign the application. It is not required that the child appear in person. However, the officer reserves the right to request further documentation if there are concerns about the identity of the child or the relationship between the parents.
