Passport Fees

Form DS-11:  First Time Application, Replacement of lost or stolen passport
Non-Refundable

  • Age 16 and older: The passport application fee is US$75.  The execution fee is US$25. The total is US$100.
  • Under Age 16: The passport application fee is US$60. The execution fee is US$25.  The total is US$85.

Form DS-82:  Passport Renewal (Non-Refundable)

You may use this form if, your previous passport:

  1. Was issued when you were 16 or older.
  2. Was issued in the last 15 years.
  3. Is not damaged.
  4. Is submitted with your application.

The passport application fee is US$75.

Form DS-4085: Adding more pages

When your passport runs out of pages for visa stamps, you may have an additional booklet of pages added at no cost.

Form DS-5504: Passport re-application (Changes and corrections to current valid passport)

There is no charge if the request for change is submitted within a year of the passport’s issuance date.

Note:  There is no expedited passport service available at the U.S. Embassy in Singapore.

Methods of Payment

Both fees and the surcharge are combined into one payment.  You may pay with
1)    Credit Cards – VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
2)    U.S. dollars
3)    Singapore dollars equivalent
