    Singaporean passengers and passengers from other countries eligible for travel to the U.S. under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) must obtain authorization through the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA™) and pay a US$14 fee prior to initiating travel to the United States.  The public is encouraged to file their applications through the cbp.GOV site, and avoid the excessive fees charged by “.com” sites.
